Thai Garlic Sauce ows its spiciness to the Kalocsa hot peppers. Its freshness and spicy taste makes the usual flavours more exciting: we recommend it for fried and grilled meats, fried potatoes and snacks.

Ingredients: base sauce [water, vegetable oil, glucose-fructose syrup, wheat starch, corn starch, salt, free range egg-yolk, acidity regulators (acetic acid, citric acid), mustard flour, thickener (guar gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), antioxidant (calcium disodium, EDTA), flavour, spices], sugar, garlic 5.4%, hot paprika 3.7%, salt, acidity regulating agent (acetic acid, citric acid), spices, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
