Sambal Oelek Garlic is the little brother of Sambal Oelek, which is spiced with fresh garlic. You can use it to spice up any food, which you would like to eat hot and spicy, and needs a a sharp garlic flavour. It’s excelent for seasoning, as a dipping sauce, and for marinades too.
