Sambal Oelek is an Indonesian traditional pepper mashmade of domestic raw materials. Red hot peppers ground together with seeds gives its sharp spicy taste that conjures up the spirit of wonderful oriental flavours, and an added small amount of acetic acid provides the specific sour-sweet aftertaste. You can add it to any food that you would like to eat hot and spicy. You can use it for seasoned cooking, as dipping sauce, but you also can add it directly to food. Sambal stimulates our appetite, it helps digestion and disinfects our intestinal tract.
Ingredients: red hot peppers 86%, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), preservative (sodium benzoate).
